As this meeting is the chance to air your views on all matters, it is very important that you attend. Please make every effort to do so.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Recently, for a variety of reasons, we have lost a number of people from key positions. This puts great strain on the group because whilst it is hugely important for us to have a show that is up to our usual standard, it is of equal importance that we are able to provide the supporting infrastructure from production and music team, to back stage, front of house and children\u2019s management\/co-ordination. So, whilst I want to once again use the meeting to celebrate our successes over the previous year, I want to base the key theme on the Group\u2019s future sustainability. Between now and the meeting I would like to challenge you all and ask you think about what else could you do to help?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n PROPOSED AGENDA<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Please note that we will be agreeing the charities to which we will be donating at this meeting so please come with suggestions to the meeting or email me beforehand.
