As we near the show dates (just four short weeks away) we step up the rehearsal intensity – but as you can see we still mange to have lots of fun!
On Sunday the 8th December, Tim Boocock, the Minister at St Andrew’s in Beeston prepared a Carol Service with a difference. As many, if not all of you know, Alan Makinson, our long standing and much loved Musical Director, sadly passed away in January of 2017. It was a huge loss for the Group and, of course, even more so for his close-knit family. It has taken almost two years for Steve and Lisa to be able to organise a memorial concert in his name, which would serve as great testimony to his memory and a fund raiser for causes close to his heart.
